Spot Color Replacement Preset no longer works after Ergosoft update
Problem/Question
After updating Ergosoft, existing
Spot Color Replacement Presets may no longer work as expected. You may notice that spot colors are not replaced correctly, even though the preset configuration itself appears unchanged.
Solution/Work-Around
Follow the steps below to fix it.
- Open the Application Defaults within JobComposer
- Navigate to "User Preferences"
- Disable "Use Spot Color Name for Replacement Assignment", which is located under "TIFF and PSD Import Defaults"

- Confirm the changes by clicking <<OK>>
Spot Color Replacement Presets should now be applied as intended.
