Home
The Home section gives you an overview over the latest news concerning both the User Portal and Ergosoft as a whole.
The User Portal section will keep you up to date on any changes in the Portal itself, such as New Features, Downloads available, etc.
To the right you’ll find the Ergosoft on Twitter Feed where you’ll find the latest announcements from our Social Media Channels.
A bit further down on the right is the Ergosoft News section where you can see the news from the Ergosoft site directly in your User Portal.
By combining these 3 distinct news sources, the Ergosoft User Portal becomes your one-stop-shop to stay up to date on all things Ergosoft!
Support/Knowledge Base
Ergosoft HelpCenter has answers to common questions and issues. Most users will quickly find the answers they are looking for in here, and if not they can submit a support ticket to our Customer Care Team.

Documentation Portal gets you directly to the Ergosoft Documentation Portal where you'll find manuals and instructions on program features, how-tos, and so on.

Partner Access
Our Resellers and Partners may request Partner access to the User Portal, giving them additional options such as Dongle Lookup, additional Downloads, etc.
To request Partner Access, check the box “Request Partner Access” when registering an account, or go to User Profile and click the Request Partner Access button. An Ergosoft team member will then review your request and unlock Partner access for the account. Please allow 1-2 Business days for this process.
Once Partner Access is unlocked you should see the additional options show up in your account area.
Dongle Lookup
Ergosoft Partners also have access to the Dongle Lookup section. The Dongle Lookup feature lets you immediately check what options are currently unlocked on a specific Dongle. Simply enter the Dongle ID into the respective field (You can find the Dongle ID in your Windows System Tray > Codemeter Control Center listed on the left side with the format 1-1111111) and click Search.
The Dongle Lookup Tool will then list all the individual items licensed on this Donle along with license quantity, activation date and license duration for temporary items.
If you have Partner access but do not have the Dongle Lookup feature available, please get in touch with our User Care team and they will gladly help you sort it out!
