Release Process

Ergosoft provides two major software releases per year.
  1. Spring Release: Typically published in April
  2. Winter Release: Typically published in October
Each release includes:
  1. Updated and newly supported printer drivers
  2. New features and improvements
  3. Bug fixes and OS compatibility updates
We strongly recommend keeping your software up to date to benefit from the latest enhancements and device support.
Access to the latest builds requires an active Maintenance Program.

Using the Latest Version

The most recent build of Ergosoft RIP is available through the Ergosoft User Portal.
To ensure full functionality and receive assistance, we recommend using the latest available version.

Important: Support and remote assistance are only provided for the most recent official build.

To download and install the latest version:
  1. Visit the Ergosoft User Portal
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Download the most recent setup executable for your licensed version
