How can I find my Container ID in Ergosoft RIP 2025
To view your Container ID in Ergosoft RIP 2025
- Open Ergosoft Rip 2025 Job Composer
- Click Help
- Click About
- The Container ID will be displayed in the Serial number field
To find your Dongle number or Container ID in previous versions:
- In your Windows OS system tray
- Open the Code Meter Control Center
- The serial number will appear in the dialog box

- With PC-Bound licensing, a physical dongle in not required, so we can use ‘Container ID’ as a useful catchall for either scenario.
