When
printing, the rasterizing process stops and the RipEngine shows an error
 message that says:
 “[AE=1506]:PRINT ERROR #-3"
This error message indicates that there was a problem writing into the specified path. Usually the problem originates from one of the paths used to store temporary data during the rasterizing process, such as the Raster folder in the EsRip folder or the Spool folder specified in the Print Settings under Printer and Port.
Solution/Workaround
The first thing to check is if the user that is logged into the Computer has sufficient folder permissions to write into these folders. It is also recommended to verify if any of these two folders are located on a network drive or any external drive, as this error is often caused by spool-folder being placed in Network drives with an unstable connection to the computer. Therefore, it is advisable to move the path for the spool folder to the local disk and then try to print.
For
Print Environments that use a file interface to output data, of course the
output path should also be verified to ensure full folder permissions and
 uninterrupted access to it.
