You are looking for software to control a Chinese sublimation or DTF/DTG printer. However, you cannot find your printer in the list of supported devices. You may ask yourself: "Why there is no driver available?" or "Does Ergosoft support my printer?".

Solution/Work-Around

Some devices don’t require a dedicated driver - they speak common controller languages used across the industry.

That’s where our Universal Drivers come in.

We’ve implemented support for a wide set of widely-used printer controller interfaces. So if your device isn’t listed, there’s a good chance we can still drive it using one of these universal options.
