Two dongles on one PC

Two dongles on one PC

Problem/Question
Having Ergosoft licenses on two (or more) dongles you might wonder if you can just plug in both dongles to one PC and access all available licenses.

Solution/Work-Around
We generally do not recommend to plug more than one CM dongle. If two dongles are plugged into one PC, it is not guaranteed that Ergosoft can find all of the needed licenses. Error messages like "License count exceeded." or even "Dongle not found" may appear.

If you're facing such problems, we recommend to merge all licenses to one dongle. Dongle Merge is a paid service provided by Ergosoft - please contact us.
