Tune not available in the Properties & Actions Bar

Problem/Question

The Properties & Actions Bar on the right side of the JobComposer does not show the “Tune” Option anymore.

“Why cannot select the Tune Option?"

Tune is a function that is not compatible with Postscript/PDF color management and is therefore hidden in the menu.

Solution/Work-Around

To activate the Tune function perform the following steps:

Go to "Tools" > "Application Defaults" in JobComposer (top menu)
Select "PostScript/PDF Parameters"
Change the "Interpreter for PDF Rendering" from "Default" to "Legacy"
Click <OK>
New import the file
Select "Color Management PS/EPS" in the "Properties & Actions Bar"
In the "PS/EPS Color Management Preset" drop down menu switch to "--Custom Setting--"
Click on the <Edit> Button
Deselect "Use Postscript/EPS Interpreter Color Management"
Click <OK>
Click <Apply>

Attention! Changes to the interpreter for PDFs should be taken into consideration, as they can affect the output!
