PrintQueue Preview displays black beams
Problem/Question
PrintQueue Preview displays black beams instead of the actual image.
(This mostly affect HotFolder workflows.)
Solution/Work-Around
Set up wait timeout for creating print job preview.
- Go to "Options" in the top menu bar of the JobComposer
- Open "Application Defaults"
- Select the "Job" tab
- Select the "Extras" tab
- Set up the "Wait timeout for creating print job preview" (how long must be tested)
Note: Restart HotFolder after having changed the setting!
