Print or CutQueue cannot be closed
Problem/Question
You installed Ergosoft 2025. When closing the window of a Print or CutQueue, the Queue is not closed, but stored in the Windows tray. How can you change this?
Solution/Work-Around
- Open the Ergosoft ControlCenter
- Click on the "Queues" tab
- Select the Queue you like to change and click the <Start> button

- Click on the "Operation" tab and select "Options..."

- Change "Behavior of the X-Button" to "Shut down this print or cut queue" and confirm with <OK>

The queue is now closed when the window is closed.
