Printer Driver not found

Problem/Question
Trying to add a new PrintEnvironment or PrintQueue the required driver is not found.

The availability of a driver depends on whether a valid license is available and the installed version supports the driver.

Solution/Work-Around
  1. Install the latest release of Ergosoft
  2. With some drivers it is necessary to use the 32-bit version
    This can be checked at "supported devices" on our Web page
  3. Check if you have the right license for your device
    1. open the CodeMeter ControlCenter
    2. go to <WebAdmin>
    3. check if your device is listed
