Save all relevant Information about your print job in a handy html file that you can either store digitally or print out. Use the Job Ticket for your own record keeping and/or include it with your printed deliveries as a receipt for your customers.

Accessing the JobTicket

The JobTicket can be accessed from any of the Ergosoft modules where you can see the Jobs in your Production Pipeline, specifically PrintQueues, CutQueues, and QueueManager.

Simply right-click on the Job you want to see the JobTicket for and select JobTicket from the context menu. This will open the JobTicket file in your default browser.

You can also access JobTicket files directly in the folder where they are stored (By default this is C:\Users\Public\Documents\EsRip\17\Data\JobTickets).

You can also customize where JobTickets are stored and if JobTickets should be deleted automatically after a certain time in the Job Processing Policies of Ergosoft.
