How to install and activate the license of the dongle free (CmAct) Version
Problem/Question
When
you get a license link to activate Ergosoft dongle free version follow the
instructions
Solution/Work-Around
Online
activation (RIP PC with Internet access)
- For
download the Dongle Free Version please read the Quickstart Guide
- Install the Dongle Free
Version (32 or 64 bit)
- Follow the License
Activation description within the installtion
- Use the link of the license
ticket you have received by mail
- Sign In with your Ergosoft
User Portal credentials or sign up for an account
- Copy your Ticket no. in the
field
- Click <Next>
- Control the license. If Ok
click on <Activate Licenses>
- Check that "Get
CMContainer automatically" is set in the dropdown menu
- Then click <Acitvate
Selected License Now>
- Wait until the license is
completely transferred
- Click <Ok> if license
transfer was successful
- Return to the Installer to
finish the Ergosoft 16 installation
Note: Please be patient after confirming with
<Ok>. This process takes some time.
Additional note: If you change to a dongle version at
a later date, you will have to install the normal Ergosoft 16 version. You can
find this in your Customer Portal in the Download
area.
