How to control the usage of Fluo-Colors in Color Profile
Problem/Question
Your printer contains Fluo-Colors such as Fluo-Pink or Fluo-Yellow. You performed an Output Calibration in Ergosoft. How can the use of Fluo-Colors be adjusted?
Solution/Work-Around
- Create a duplicate of the Print Environment used as a backup.

- Import measurement data in Color GPS tool.
After clicking on "File" button, you will find a list of recently used measurement sessions at the bottom. If the corresponding session is listed here, you can load it directly.

If the measurement session you are looking for is no longer displayed in the list, click on "Open..." button. The automatically saved .cpd sessions can be found by default in the User Data Folder under C:\Users\Public\Documents\EsRip\17\Data\Color\ColorCali.

- Once the measurement session is loaded, you can change the use of Fluo-Colors and create a new Color Profile based on this.
(It is advisable to increase the value considerably (e.g. to 50%, i.e. 50% less restriction), generate a new Color Profile and run a test print. If the output is not satisfactory, the increase can be gradually reduced and a new Color Profile can be created and another test print carried out.)
