How to check Ergosoft Maintenance Program status

How to check Maintenance and Support Program status

Problem/Question

The Ergosoft Maintenance Program enables you to continuously install and run the latest version of Ergosoft and provides personal support if you face problems during production or setup. We strongly recommend joining the Maintenance Program.

But you may ask yourself: "Am I covered at the moment?" or "Am I already participating in the Maintenance Program of the current year?" To answer that question, you must check the status of your Maintenance and Support Program.

Solution/Work-Around

The Maintenance Program refers to the items on a certain license container (CmContainer). This can be a USB-Dongle (0-0000000) or a PC-bound container (130-000000000).
  1. Start the JobComposer.
  2. In the top menu, click "Help""License Info".
  3. Open the CmContainer you are currently using.
  4. Look for the license items "Ergosoft 20XX Releases" to check if you have a Maintenance License for the current year.
The following short video explains how to check all purchased Maintenance periods on your system.

If you're uncertain about your Maintenance status or would like to get an offer to join the program, please contact us.
