How can I hide the splash screen or start screen when starting Ergosoft?

Solution/Work-Around
The application can also be started via a command line.
In order to hide the splash screen at startup, it must be expanded with the addition /automation.

The syntax is then as follows:
C:\Program Files\Ergosoft\Ergosoft 17\EsControlCenter.exe /automation
