How to Generate a Support Data ZIP file? 

Solution/Work-Around 
  1. Open "ErgoSoft ControlCenter"
  2. Select tab "Tools"
  3. Start the "MaintenanceTool"
  4. <Exit> ErgoSoft ControlCenter and go back to "MaintenanceTool"
  5. Select the tab "Troubleshooting"
  6. Execute "Shut down all RIP components"
  7. Execute "Create support data zip file"
A prompt will appear asking for a path to save the file to. Specify a path you want, confirm the dialog and then simply send us the resulting support.zip file.

Important Sequoia information: Before you generate a Support Data ZIP file on the Master, you should close all the Ergosoft process in the Clients stations.
