Files are not printed for no apparent reason

Files are not printed for no apparent reason

Problem/Question
Occasionally, files may not be printed. There is also no error message in the PrintQueue. Printer hangs up or is blocked.

Usually, umlauts (ä,ö,ü) and special characters (/,&,%,é, etc.) in file names and path names cause difficulties.

Solution/Work-Around
  1. Rename files
  2. Do without umlauts and special characters
  3. Check paths (File folder, User folder, PrintQueue folder, Spool folder etc.)
