Error 0x1808000D

Problem/Question

When trying to activate the license ticket online you receive an error message:

"Error 0x1808000D - An internal error occurred. Please try later."

This error message indicates that the license you are trying to activate was created for another dongle.

Solution/Work-Around

Plug-in the correct dongle
Ask for assigning the license to your actual dongle number (es.info@ergosoft.net)
