How should the PC be configured for optimal Ergosoft performance?

Solution/Work-Around
High performance software requires high performance hardware.
  1. Operating System: Windows 10 64 Bit, Windows 11 64 Bit *
  2. Processor: Intel Core i7 (or i5) with 8 physical cores and highest frequency possible
  3. RAM: 18 GB RAM or higher
  4. Harddisks: 2 or more drives as Program/Spool/Image Disks; size min. 1 TB or according to requirement
  5. Network/Ports: Gigabit or 10 Gigabit network card
  6. Network Cables: Cat 6 / 6a / 7 / 8 network cables recommended. Proper overall company network wiring including suitable switches and their locations are expected preconditions.
  7. Graphic Card: A regular, recent GPU is recommended; no gamer graphic card is needed. GPU acceleration is used for job display in JobComposer. Using additional monitors or 4K monitors may require an additional graphic card to speed up the job display.
  8. Display: Display Resolution of 1600x900 or higher
