Problem/Question

When going through the license activation process, you may get asked where the license should be transferred to.



Solution/Work-Around
Ergosoft licenses can be bound to a USB dongle or a specific PC.
Caution: Once the license has been transferred, it cannot be moved to another license container.
Therefore, it is crucial to select the correct option.
  1. If you want to activate the license on a portable USB key, press the dongle icon.
    I want my licenses in a dongle (CmDongle) to be able to use them on different computers.
  2. If you want to activate the license on a certain PC, press the certificate icon.
    I want my licenses on one computer (CmActLicense).
