Disable the use of light ink

Problem/Question
According to the printer driver, light inks are provided, but the printer is actually only equipped with CMYK.
The ink assignment cannot be changed. How can the use of light inks be excluded from the printer driver?

Solution/Work-Around
When using Halftone Drivers, the light colors can be deleted at the halftone parameters.
  1. Open the PrintEnvironment that you want to edit
  2. At "Dithering" under "Quality" select the setting <Settings ...>
  3. The "Halftone Parameters" window opens
  4. Select <Advanced>
  5. Select the color you want to erase the light ink in and switch to "Expert" mode to be able to make changes
  6. Select the light ink and click on <Delete>
  7. Confirm your changes with <OK>


Caution! A new linearization will be absolutely necessary!
