NameLogic for HotFolders

  1. Smart automation: A new NameLogic tab reads keywords directly from file names to drive job setup.

New Job Naming Options

Choose how HotFolder creates job names: 
  1. Image name 
  2. First image name 
  3. HotFolder name 
  4. Print Environment name 

Native PPJ Support

HotFolder now supports proprietary PPJ job files generated in JobComposer. This means fully production‑ready jobs can be created in any JobComposer and submitted through any HotFolder - without requiring Networked Department features or the DeltaXML Automation Job description format. Each PPJ contains its own embedded Print Environment, which is automatically applied when the job is processed, ensuring consistent and reliable output across all RIP stations.
LabelLink now makes job tracking easier with automated CSV ticket generation. 
  1. Auto-generate CSV job tickets - now available both before and after processing. 
  2. Flexible ticket creation - generate tickets per job or per image. 
  3. Customizable ticket fields - include job name, job ID, customer details, file name, printed length, and more. 
  4. Optimized for label production - perfect for label workflows needing fast, accurate job tracking. 
  5. Lightweight production management - provides essential tracking without requiring a full ERP system.
