While running the RIP an error message window appears
“COM Error Class not registered”
Sometimes the message can have additions, such as “in jobdoc.cpp”
Solution/Work-Around
Close the program and all related applications
Run register COM Interface at Maintenace Tool "Troubleshooting" This will rewrite the Registry entries for the program and often fixes this type of issue.
