COM Error 0x646 Fill Job failed

COM Error 0x646 Fill Job failed

Problem/Question
When you cannot print from a hotfolder you will got the following error message in the hotfolder log
“COM Error 0x646 Fill Job failed : Feature ID not registered"

This error message only affects users with a Delta Automation license.
This means that Delta Automation is not activated in Ergosoft ControlCener.

Solution/Work-Around
  1. Close the Hotfolder Tool
  2. Goto the Ergosoft ControlCenter
  3. Select the "RIP & Programs" tab
  4. Switch on the "Delta Automation" toggle
