Problem/Question

A user has provided and claims a barcode does not work with our add-ons. How can the content of the barcode be varified?

Solution/Work-Around

Depending on the type of barcode, the content may have various requirements and/or limitations (e.g. number of digits, numbers only, etc.). For example the “Barcode Pharmaceutical” can be added as a Job Element. The following link leads to a web tool which will highlight any errors in the user´s content. Additionally, errors can be corrected and valid content can be generated for the selected barcode.
