[AE=1504] Error 10053 WSAECONNABORTED

Problem/Question
PrintQueue aborts the printing process with Error message

“WSA Error WSAECONNABORTED” and
“[AE=1504]: An unexpected error occurred while sending data to [Port Address]“
"Error sending data to "[Port Address]".  Error 10053 An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine."

The software caused connection abort.
An established connection was aborted by the rip, possibly due to a data transmission time-out or protocol error.

Solution/Work-Around
  1. Check the physical connection between printer an PC
  2. Change the cable if necessarry 
  3. In case of TCP:
    1. Ping the IP adress of the printer, as the printer is switched on, to check if it is accessable
    2. Switch off the printer and ping the IP adress again. 
    3. If it is still accessable, there is a double assignment (e.g. because of a wlan connection of another device)
    4. Change the IP adress of the printer
  4. Remove the printer port and add it again
  5. Open Windows Update destabilize the network environment, please finish all updates before start printing.
