How to activate/deactivate the Status Monitor?

Solution/Work-Around
  1. Close the PrintQueue
  2. Go to "ErgoSoft ControlCenter"
  3. Select the tab "Queues" (not the Button <Queues> on the tab "Home"!)
  4. Click on the Button <Manage>
  5. Select the PrintQueue in the list
  6. Click on <Edit>
  7. Set "Status Monitor" to "Printer related Name" (activate) or "None" (deactivate)
  8. Click <OK>
  9. Restart the PrintQueue
